Great turnout for inaugural camogie session.
Our first Camogie training session was held in St Colman’s pavilion last Saturday morning. There was a huge turnout of 62 girls over the two hours.
The numbers who showed up and the enthusiasm they showed was fantastic.
A big thank you to all the girls and their parents – this is the start of something great.
Decisions have to be made regarding training days and times. For the older girls, i.e. Fé 12 & Fé 14 players, we would really need the whole pavilion to ourselves to train properly. Texts will go out to parents to get feedback on what days and times suit best.
Parents will kept updated as we get things up and running by text and Facebook.

This sunday at home (time to yet be finalised) our U15s will play their first football match of the season in the P2 Football league. This will be against Mallow and we hope to have a good start to our season. We will be training twice this week so please keep any eye on texts for updates of times. Membership fees are now due and they must be paid for in full before Sunday. Thank you to everyone who turned up to our open registration night last Friday in the clubhouse. If not registered your son will not be eligible to play. Our u15/16 will have a few busy weeks coming up with fixtures so it is very important to attend training when organised and keep an eye on any changes to times or venues.
