Camogie:
Our Fé 12 girls made the short journey to Kilworth to play in a blitz last weekend.
We lost out to our hosts, Kilworth in our first game. The girls however showed great progression from the previous encounter.
Our next game was against St Fanahan's. Again we lost out to a more experienced team. The girls played with great enthusiasm throughout and were a credit to themselves.

Fé 14:
We travelled to Kanturk last Thursday to play Cuchulain's in a hurling league fixture. After a disastrous start in which we conceded 2-8 in the first 15 mins we rallied and showed great spirit and fight to make a game of it. We lost on a scoreline of 4-16 to 0-10.
Parents will be kept updated on training and match times by text.
Fé 15/16
Last Saturday week we took part in the U15 Pa O'Brien Tournament in Fermoy. It was a great turnout from all the different clubs as far away as Meath, Limerick and Dublin. We played well in our games but unfortunately were beaten in the Tier 3 semi final by Valley Rovers. Well done to the lads on a good display of football.
Last Friday night we took on Mallow in the P2A first round of the U15 hurling championship in Glanworth. This was always going to be a tight affair as we played mallow already in the league and won a close encounter. As expected it was very even up to half time with both sides playing well. The scoreline at half time was 1-5 to 1-4. The second half was very tough for both sides with some very hard challenges from both teams taking place. When the going was tough we scored some great points to separate the two sides. Up to the final whistle it was a real battle mentally and physically but we held out to win on a scoreline of 2.12 to 2.6.
Well done boys a great win lets keep it going now for the semi Final. We now know this will be Carrigtwohill but the fixture still needs to be finalised. Please keep an eye on texts for updates on this very important fixture.
Our U16s footballers are out against Glenville Monday the 24th at home at 7.15pm in the league. We will update ye by text with any changes to training times or night. We are juggling a lot of fixtures for both u15 and u16 at the moment so please be patient.
