Fermoy Juvenile club notes
Nursery, Fé7/8
Training on Saturday mornings in Coleman’s is progressing brilliantly. Keep up the good work..
Fé 10
Lads have played a number of games over the last few weeks. Recently took part in a ground hurling tournament over a 2-week period again with 2/3 teams each night. Brilliant practice for the lads at ball striking which improved with each game. Played SARS, Watergrasshill and Carrigtwohill on each night with an almost 100% record. With summers camps on the go we have fewer training nights and are focusing on the weekly games. So it very important the lads practice striking and catching the ball at home. Believe us it pays off !!
Fé 11
Football and hurling training continues Monday and Thursday nights in the main pitch.
Fé12
Fé 12 continuing to excel by winning all their matches in Semple stadium - Thurles Gaels, Carrick Davins and Croom last Thursday despite losing away to St Peter’s in Rockwell (1-11 to 3-9) the night before. Well done lads.
